Not Quite Jurassic Park

A new Dinosaur find in the Hell Creek formation of Montana may provide clues to the cellular biology of those ancient giants. The dinosaur in question, a T. Rex roughly 18 years old, was discovered still possessing soft tissue in one of his thigh bones. While it is extremely unlikely that anything more than fragments of DNA survived, it is still possible to learn a great deal from this find. For instance, researchers hope to make insights into diet, sexual maturity, and even the gender of the T. Rex.
